At present, we only deliver to the UK.
  • Orders over £25 are FREE 2nd class post
  • We offer several different postal solutions depending how soon you wish to receive your order.
  • Website orders will normally be despatched within 2 working days of receipt.
  • Sadly we need to impose a £5.00 minimum order due to handling costs and credit card processing charges.

Standard Deliveries within the UK should arrive within 7 working days from placing the order so please allow this time before contacting us about late delivery. If your order has not arrived within 17 working days Royal Mail consider this a failed or lost delivery.  In this case and we would submit a claim with them and re-send your goods.

Before contacting us about late delivery please check with your local sorting office as a large percentage of delayed mail is awaiting collection.  A note is not always left if you are out when the delivery is attempted. We cannot do this on your behalf as the sorting office will only tell the addressee whether they have mail waiting. Unfortunately we cannot refund or replace goods until this has been checked.

Special Delivery is next full working day. For example, if an order is placed on Wednesday we would process and pack the order on Wednesday ready for collection the next day, and so delivery would be Friday.

We do try to get Special Delivery orders out on the same day if they are placed early enough but as our mail collection is at a set time this is not always possible. If something is really urgent call us and we will try to help.

Please note we don't have a Saturday collection so orders placed on a Friday would be despatched on the following Monday.

Damages & Returns

We will always do our very best to ensure your goods get to you in excellent condition but occasionally items get damaged in transit. If this happens please let us know as soon as possible by e-mail and include your name, address, when you placed the order, and the order confirmation if available (the more information you supply the quicker we can find your order).

If your order was sent via Royal Mail we will make a claim with them. They will want to collect the damaged goods for their own inspection so please do not return them to us or dispose of them. We will, of course, happily replace any damages or refund you.

If an item is faulty you may need to return it to us, and will cover your postage costs if this is the case.

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to change your mind and contact us within 7 days if you would like to return a product (although we allow 14 days) for a full refund. You will need to return the goods in suitable packaging enclosing a copy of your order confirmation and a note of what action you would like us to take; refund, credit note, or replacement product.

Please note we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to goods being returned, so please ensure they are packed securely and you retain proof of posting.

Delivery Packaging and re-cycling policy

At the farm we pride ourselves on recycling and re-using packaging from óur suppliers where possible, and we are given clean newspaper from a local company. This helps to keep costs down as we don’t have to buy as much new packing material. So don’t be surprised to receive your order in a shoe box wrapped in newspaper!

We do understand we can’t please everyone but the majority of feedback is positive about our environmentally friendly efforts.

Our gift sets will, of course, be sent in new packaging.
