HOW TO USE

The best time to use this oil is when you feel that you want to ease stress at bedtime. Inhaling this oil can help you feel calm and relaxed. We recommend popping a few drops onto a handkerchief and keeping by the side of your bed.

If you don’t have a diffuser you can dilute 2 to 4 drops of this oil in a cup of boiled water. Afterwards, you can inhale the vapours from the boiling water to take in its calming fragrance. This will calm your nervous system and help you sleep longer.
